Job Description
- Maintain discipline of daily call routines and track business meetings
- Increase market share and broaden the business in assigned markets
- Identify, build, and maintain relationships with new and existing branches
- Adhere to BANDHAN AMC norms and values while servicing clients
- Stay updated on various functional initiatives
- Educational Qualifications: Graduates/Post Graduates
- Additional Certifications/Trainings desirable: NISM AMFI
- Prior Experience: 3-4 years of sales experience
- Domain Knowledge: Sound knowledge of Mutual Funds and Financial Products, but open to candidates with Insurance background
- Good Team Player
- High customer orientation with good communication & influencing skills
- Product and process knowledge to understand how banking channels use BANDHAN AMC solutions to meet their objectives
- Sound knowledge of markets and various financial products
- Ability to present product briefings to bank channel sales representatives
