• 7+ years of overall development experience, with at least 5+ years specifically focused on mobile app development.
• 2+ years of experience in Android App Development using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• In-depth understanding of Android SDKs and experience working with Android-specific tools and libraries.
• Proven expertise in developing pixel-perfect UI and fluid UI interactions that align with the latest design principles.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with architectural patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVP, Clean Architecture).
• Expertise in performance optimization and troubleshooting within Android apps (memory management, UI performance, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment, delivering high-quality software iteratively and collaboratively.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Jetpack libraries, Hilt/Dagger for dependency injection, Room for database management, and other Android libraries.
• Experience with Kotlin Coroutines and Flow for asynchronous programming.
• Experience with testing frameworks like JUnit, Espresso, Mockito, and UI Automator.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Bitrise for automating the build and release process.
• Knowledge of Firebase, Google Play Services, and Push Notifications.
• Experience in multiplatform development or cross-platform frameworks (e.g., Flutter, React Native) is a plus.
