Purpose
This role ensures that the organizations functions are in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
Key Missions
We are looking for Compliance Controller based at Noida location.
Experience required : 3 - 4 years
Qualification : CS / Law / Compliance Certifications

Job Description:
- Ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance of all legal entities in India, irrespective of Divisions and locations.
- Conception and implementation of Compliance Management Tool in India
- Following-up and co-ordination with relevant Business and Functional stakeholders in India
- Gap analysis, MIS, Reporting to the Board and Senior Management in India
- Dealing with various regulatory authorities, as required from time to time
- Regular update to regulatory compliance matrix to Board and Senior Management in India
- Conducting trainings and awareness sessions
Expectations:
- Understanding and sensitivity towards regulatory environment and statutory compliances.
- Self-motivator and capability to work with minimal supervision.
- Adapted to work in MNC environment with processes / approval requirements
- Good communication and analytical skills
