1. Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) - All Subjects Responsibilities:

• Teach foundational concepts to nursery-level students.

• Monitor and assess student progress through activities and play-based learning. Qualifications:
• Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Education or NTT.

2. Primary Teacher (PRT) - All Subjects Responsibilities:

• Teach foundational subjects to primary school students.
• Prepare lesson plans and implement activity-based teaching.
• Monitor and assess student performance regularly.
• Communicate progress to parents and school management. Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in any subject.
• B.Ed./D.El.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Good understanding of primary education pedagogy.

3. Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) - All Subjects Responsibilities:

• Teach specific subjects to middle and high school students.
• Develop comprehensive lesson plans and engaging teaching methods.
• Conduct tests, assignments, and projects to assess student progress.
• Create a positive and collaborative learning environment. Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in the relevant subject.
• B.Ed./M.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

7. coordinator

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the school.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure policy compliance.
• Handle communication between staff, parents, and the management. Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience in school administration is preferred.
