Job Title: Study Manager (SM)
Location: Mumbai
Experience Required: 6+ years (including 2+ years of Project Management experience)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Study Manager (SM) to join our Global Study Team. The SM will be responsible for managing the operational delivery of clinical studies, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role plays a key part in ensuring inspection readiness by maintaining the completeness of study eTMF and overseeing study-related activities from initiation through to archival.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Study Delivery Lead (SDL) on end-to-end study management
• Work cross-functionally with internal and external partners to ensure successful study delivery
• Oversee study budgets, timelines, risk management, and vendor/CRO oversight
• Lead development of study plans, manage communications, and coordinate team activities
• Mentor junior colleagues and promote continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical study management
• At least 2 years in project management with strong leadership skills
• Expertise in ICH-GCP, clinical trial regulations, and study delivery processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience with global clinical studies and cross-functional team coordination
