We are looking for a passionate Senior Software Engineer / Full Stack Engineer with a strong background in both frontend(Primarily in Frontend) and backend technologies. The ideal candidate will take ownership of their projects and deliver exceptional technical solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. You will leverage modern AI tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude to enhance your development process and drive innovation.

• Design and Develop: Build robust and scalable web applications using modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js, Could be Multi languages Tech stack) and backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, or Java).
• Full-Stack Development: Work across the stack to create seamless user experiences and efficient server-side logic.
• Microservices & APIs: Contribute to the design and implementation of microservices architecture and develop RESTful APIs, with a focus on usability and integration.
• Utilize AI Tools: Integrate AI-driven solutions and use coding assistants like GitHub Copilot and Claude to improve efficiency and code quality.
• Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing support in their technical and professional growth. Foster an environment of continuous learning through pair programming and code reviews.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver features that meet customer needs.
• End-to-End Testing: Responsible for creating and implementing end-to-end testing strategies to ensure product quality and functionality. Identify and address issues proactively through comprehensive testing processes.
• Code Review and Quality Assurance: Review code contributions from team members to ensure high-quality standards and maintain performance through testing, validation, and optimization best practices.
• Agile Practices: Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement processes.
• Personal Accountability: Bring passion, drive, and ownership to your role, our business, and your career development while maintaining transparency and trust within the team.
• Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing priorities and requirements, tackling challenges with innovative solutions.

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in software development with a focus on full-stack capabilities.
• Frontend Technologies: Proficiency in one or more modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Backend Technologies: Strong experience with server-side languages and frameworks (Node.js, Python, Java, etc.).
• Microservices & APIs: Familiarity with the design and implementation of microservices and developing RESTful APIs; willingness to learn and adapt as needed.
• Database Skills: Knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
• AI Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude, and a willingness to explore and implement AI solutions within development processes.
• Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of collaboration, trust, and respect for diverse opinions.
