As a Community Moderator and Instructional Designer, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing a dynamic Product Knowledge Community while contributing to instructional design and content creation. You will be responsible for fostering engaging discussions, moderating content, and ensuring a high-quality knowledge-sharing environment. Additionally, you will support instructional design efforts by developing learning materials, refining content, and assisting with eLearning initiatives.
