• Salesforce Administration: Oversee the administration of the Salesforce platform, including user management, security settings, data integrity, and system configuration.
• System Configuration: Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating custom objects, fields, , validation rules, and reports.

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a proven track record of managing complex Salesforce environments.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Salesforce platform administration, including user management, security settings, data management and Lightning pages.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and automation tools (e.g., , Flow, Apex).
• Experience with data management tools such as Data Loader and third-party integration tools.
• Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation.
