Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a background in HR consultancy and a strong passion for recruitment. As an HR Recruiter at ICA Edu Skills, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and sourcing top talent to join our team, supporting our mission to enhance the employability of the youth in India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and Screening Candidates: Utilize job portals, social media, and internal databases to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
• End-to-End Recruitment Process: Handle all stages of the recruitment cycle, from job postings to offer management.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, reports, and documentation.
• Building Candidate Pipeline: Create and manage a strong pool of candidates for current and future recruitment needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Basic Recruitment Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices.
• A proactive, result-driven, and highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
