DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary function of the role is as below:

• Understand the procurement and construction scope of each project
• Identify and assess the specific purchasing requirements of each project
• Contact vendors and contractors for project estimates
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate team for further development and closure
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Maintain up-to-date status of each project for review
• Source new sales opportunities
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
• Perform effective online demos to prospects and trainees.

Skills & Requirements

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream
• Proficiency in English language to meet customer communications based in US/UK/Canada/Australia
• Required to work night shift to meet customer time zone (US/Europe/Australian time zones)
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing several calls per day
• Prefer experience in working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM, but not mandatory.
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
