Role & responsibilities
- Create user and technical documentation such as user manuals, online help, tutorials, API documentation, and more.
- Work closely with the client teams to gain an in-depth understanding of their solutions and services.
- Co-ordinate with the client teams to understand deliverables/tasks and execute them to set specifications.
- Work closely with senior technical writers to develop documentation solutions for client requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate with IT skills and proven experience in technical writing.
- Good communication skills
- Eye for detail and the ability to look beyond the surface
- Experience in Adobe FrameMaker will be a bonus.
