Job Description

  • We are looking for enthusiastic Call Center Executives to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their inquiries, and provide excellent service.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities : -

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and franchise inquiries.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM software.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Promote HelthTech services and generate leads through effective communication.
  • Follow up with potential clients and maintain relationships.
  • Meet daily/weekly call targets and report progress to the manager.
  • Collaborate with the sales and support team to improve customer experience.

Mandatory Key Skills : -

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, data entry)
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
  • Sales and persuasion skills (for upselling and lead generation)

Preferred Qualifications : -

  • Any Bachelors degree (BBA, BA, BCom, etc.) or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer support, telesales, or call centers is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is a bonus
