IAM Test Analyst

Position Summary:

The Identity Access Management Analyst is focused on identity management and is responsible for multiple aspects of managing the access required by the users of the organization. Facilitates the automation and timely completion of user provisioning processes and procedures, both from a technical and non-technical perspective. Responsible for the creation, modification and de-activation of accounts across multiple technology platforms, ensuring compliance with agreed upon SLA's with clients and customers while adhering to the governance and security practices that are part of the access and identity management lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Good understanding of Roles Based Access Control (RBAC) and User Access Review (UAR) and demonstrated experience of the same in testing and implementation support
• Experience in user provisioning, account creation, and management related processes and workflows
• Experienced in MicrosoftO365 suite
• Experienced in working in Agile Delivery Models and Scrum Practices
• Proven experience in requirement assessments, identifying test scope, test estimation, test scripting, test execution and defect management
• Hands-on experience with JIRA/Zephyr/Confluence for test management and reporting
• Good understanding of testing lifecycles, testing matrices, review and sign-off processes
• Experienced in Test Planning, Status Reporting and Test Completion Reporting
• Good to have Guidewire knowledge but not mandatory
