Job Description

We are searching for an innovative technical lead to join our company. As the technical lead, you will oversee the company s technical team and all projects they undertake, analyze briefs, write progress reports, identify risks, and develop work schedules. You should be able to work with your team and inspire them to reach their goals.
Take up the responsibility of the entire Project.
Delegate duties and tasks to team members.
Monitor all team members and provide necessary advice and guidance.
Organize regular seminars and trainings to teach team members new technical skills and methods
Carefully analyse the project and rectify the errors found in the process.
Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
Develop application modules independently and fix any bugs promptly.
Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions.
Conduct and participate in project planning & scheduling, design discussions, and provide assistance during testing.
Remain up to date with the modern industry practices involved in designing & developing highquality software.
Ability to perform engineering and identify and fix bottlenecks.
Work in a cross-functional team to deliver a complete user experience.
Responsible for solving complex technical issues
Experience in developing responsive web applications.
Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies in a short period of time as required by the project.
Sound understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and ability to participate in Sprint ceremonies.
Developing the detailed design structure after understanding the requirements and the design.
Implementing the best practices and coding standards of the project.
Technical Lead should be flexible enough and be adaptable to the changing and varied work settings.
Should carefully analyse the details of all the work.
Lead will be the interface between the team and the management.
In order to lead the team successfully it is important to set targets and expectations for the team.
Abide by all the project and company guidelines and standards and to ensure that even the team members are doing so.
Fulfilling all the commitments by timely delivering the deliverables.
Share the success and failures with the team.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Must have at least 3 years of experience in MERN Stack development.
Experience building applications in React and Node.js.
Experience in using Git & VSCode.
Knowledge of AWS, Azure, CI / CD, Gitflow, shell scripting
Ability to design/develop for cross-browser/device compatibility
Experience in leading or handling a team.
Good knowledge of Redux and Typescript. Firebase, AWS, UI/UX concept.
Has experience of working with payment gateway integration
Good knowledge of Express.js, React and JS libraries.
Proficient in database concepts and working experience with MongoDB, Firebase OR Mysql.
Ability to lead, direct and control team members.
Ability to handle multiple jobs at the same time.
Excellent technical, presentation, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients.
Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
