Senior Developer - Generative AI (6-10 yrs)

Job Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Generative AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI with hands-on experience in Azure OpenAI models, Cloud Vector Databases, and Prompt Engineering. You will be responsible for building and optimizing AI models, leading end-to-end GenAI implementations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation through AI.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and deploy Generative AI models for enterprise applications.

- Utilize Azure OpenAI models to build scalable AI solutions.

- Implement NLP techniques for text processing, classification, and sentiment analysis.

- Work with cloud-based vector databases to optimize AI-driven retrieval and search functionalities.

- Design and fine-tune LLMs to enhance performance and accuracy.

- Deploy AI applications in cloud environments (Azure preferred) for high availability and efficiency.

- Lead end-to-end implementation of Generative AI projects, from proof of concept to production.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6-7 years of IT experience, with at least 2+ years in Data Science, NLP, and Python.

- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI development and production deployment.

- Strong expertise in Text Data Analysis, Prompt Engineering, and Cloud Vector Databases.

- Proven experience with Azure OpenAI models and cloud-based AI applications.

- Hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end implementation of an enterprise GenAI project.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with LLM fine-tuning and AI model optimization techniques.

- Familiarity with MLOps and AI governance frameworks.

- Previous experience in a cloud-native AI development environment.
