Job Title: Senior US IT Recruiter (State Client & MSP hiring experience)

Duration: Full-Time

Location: Bangalore

Shift Hours: 6:30 PM to 3 AM IST (Night Shift)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced US IT Recruiter with proven expertise in hiring for state government clients and Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments. The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top IT talent while ensuring compliance with client-specific requirements and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified IT professionals for state government projects (preferably State of NY and State of VA).
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes within MSP/VMS (Vendor Management System) platforms, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Work closely with state clients and MSP representatives to understand staffing requirements and deliver high-quality candidates.
• Ensure candidates meet state-specific compliance, background checks, and onboarding requirements.
• Leverage job boards (Indeed, Dice, Monster, etc.) and social media platforms (LinkedIn) to source active and passive candidates.
• Should be experienced in interviewing and screening on the basis of client requisite.
• Maintain a talent pipeline for high-demand roles and proactively address future staffing needs.
• Negotiate salary and benefits packages while ensuring compliance with labor laws and client policies.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of IT recruitment experience focused on state government clients (NY and VA).
• Demonstrated expertise in MSP/VMS platforms, with hands-on experience in Vector VMS as a key requirement.
• Should have experience working with Job Diva.
• Familiarity with IT job roles, skills, and technologies.
• Understanding of state-specific hiring regulations, including background checks and E-Verify requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in ATS tools, MS Office Suite, and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
