Role & responsibilities

1. Managing Customer & fullfill the customer requirement

2. Attending complaints & Problem solving technique

3. Flawless part send to customer & achieve HMI Pass ratio / Customer satisfaction.

4. Co-ordinate with inspection & sort out all issue

5. Managing the Final/ PDI Inspector effectively

6. GD & T, Drawing Study, Instrument checking & Gauge design knowledge

7. Identify Potential Cause using 7 QC Tools & SPC

8. Stabilize the line process & reduce line stoppage

9. Knowledge of FMEA & Control Plan

10. Planning & execution of Calibration either internal or external

11. Proper handling of instrument and testing equipment

12. Providing Proper Inspection Methods to Identify the Parts issue before assy

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate having experience in Automobile/ Auto component manufacturing industry preferred.
