Geographically, India, Middle East and Southeast Asia are in immediate focus, with EU and North Asia being mid-term focus areas. Pilot clients include large steel, automotive and utility companies. Job overview :

We are looking for a skilled Manual and Automation Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in software testing, with expertise in both manual and automation testing methodologies. As a Manual and Automation Tester at [Company Name], you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through thorough testing and automation.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.

- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify defects and ensure software quality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and identify test scenarios.

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.

- Execute automated tests and analyze test results to identify failures and defects.

- Report defects and track their resolution through to closure.

- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a premium institute

- 1 to 3 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on both manual and automation testing.

- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.

- Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.

- Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or C# for test automation.

- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- ISTQB or other relevant certifications in software testing are a plus.
