Role : Oracle ERP Cloud Administrator
This role is Office Based
Our client is looking for a Oracle ERP Cloud Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible to proactively manage and coordinate the technical and security changes across the organization in the Oracle environments. The ideal candidate will be working closely with internal and external teams and will manage security within the Oracle ERP cloud platform, resolving and troubleshooting access issues and ensure the system is compliant with CSOD policy and controls.
This position will coordinate efforts for the quarterly and annual SOX control enablement and compliance initiatives, and Pod Management.
In this role you will :
- Support and maintain Oracle ERP Cloud and EPM system.
- Managing and Planning of the Oracle environments, with respect to Instance Refreshes, upgrades, patching, testing, and post-refresh management.
- Work with internal IT, business stakeholders, 3rd party vendors and Oracle to update and communicate environment maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outages.
- Manage Security in Oracle cloud ERP and EPM
- Design, Update and Implement user security and roles within Oracle Fusion Cloud Security.
- Manage user access, provision roles and data access based on organization-defined data security policies and user role matrix.
- Build custom roles by tailoring Oracle seeded roles as per the business requirement.
- Support corporate Single Sign On accounts, Oracle IDCS and assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Monitor Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP application performance and architecture and maintain the Cloud ERP reliability, integrity, and recoverability.
- Ability to create and manage Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle to coordinate and resolve any system and/or data administration tasks.
- Ensure segregation of duties is implemented and support all the SOX related activities
- Work with the integration and CRM teams to align on the refresh cycles and ensure the Oracle environments are correctly connected.
- Review and audit end user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Interact with internal and external auditors to meet SOX and IT compliance and provide required supporting documents.
- Ensure application licenses are within purchased quota through regular reviews and audits. Raise any risks to management and suggest ways to mitigate such risks.
- Responsible for reviewing and remediating security related enhancements and impacts provided with Oracle patches and quarterly releases.
- Support external and internal audit requirements. Provide evidence, clarifications and implement controls.
You Have What It Takes If You Have :
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field of study.
- Overall 6-8 years progressive experience in IT with at least 5 years' experience in managing / administering Oracle Fusion cloud ERP and EPM
- Possess fundamental understanding of Oracle ERP security and administrative components (Responsibilities, Profile Options, Menus, RBAC Grants, form personalization, etc.) and security administration concepts such as least privilege access, segregation of duties.
- Experience with management of Oracle Fusion pods
- Advanced user of SharePoint, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Good understanding of SQL language, SOA and REST Services, database objects.
- Strong Ability to create BIP/OTBI Reports
- Strong Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP Security architecture (security console, roles, privileges, hierarchy, etc.) and hands on experience in updating and implementing user security with Oracle Cloud Security
- Good Understanding, AP, AR, GL, Subscription, Revenue modules and security roles
- Hands on experience with assisting quarterly Oracle upgrades
- Excellent technical problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and in a team-oriented manner
- Strong communication skills is a must.
