Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Complaint register with date, sender, customer,Type, related Product/Project.
- Complaint acknowledgement mail within 1working hour max.
- Complaint evaluation, check FAQ,troubleshooting history of similar complaint.
- Circulation of complaint internally to relevantdepartment / Sub supplier.
- Action plan for complaint resolution to be sentto customer within 16 working hours forroutine matters and 2 working for criticalcrucial matters.
- Proposals to be sent to customer with allmaterial, manpower needed for the complaintresolution.
- Monitor time lines as agreed fromspecifications, ordering, receipt of material,delivery to customer, installation, testing andfinal acceptance.
- Monitor sub supplier s activities for supply orservices and keep customer updates time totime.
- Customer visits and inquiry generation forpreventive maintenance, Troubleshooting &Servicing.
- Annual spares requirement analysis andforecast for the year.
- Complaint resolution summary and its log.
- CO2 compressor maintenance expertise to bedeveloped.
- Expertise to be developed for maintenance ofroutine items, electrical and mechanical.
- Intimation mails to customer for preventivemaintenance of supplied plants.
- Data of all supplies made to customer and theirO & M Manuals.
- ISO System implementation and updation.
- SAP material data base and its updation, SAPImplementation.
- Data management system implementation andvigilance.
- AMC Contracts structure design, proposal.
- Training Contracts structure design contentsproposal.
- List of projects done by HEPL until now with itsproject code and brief description.
- Identify locations for most demanding aftersales visits.
- Propose locations for local representation.
Education & Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical and Instrumentation or equivalent technical manufacturing environment with 3-4 years of experience
- Preferred industry background: EPC company in process field, PLC programming, control panel wiring, and instrumentation integration
- Experience in plant maintenance and servicing
- Leadership ability and preferably experience
Knowledge/Skills
- Ability to multi-task, and adjust priorities
- Proficiency with MRP/ERP/SAP systems & Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
- Presentable, Sensible, Ethical, Hard Worker
