Reports To Deputy General Manager - R&D Department R&D Qualification DIPLOMA/BTECH in Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Primary Duties Develop and design power electronic circuits and systems for inverters and UPS. Create detailed schematics and PCB layouts using industry-standard CAD software. Perform simulations and analysis to optimize circuit performance and reliability. Build and test prototypes to validate design concepts. Conduct rigorous testing and debugging to ensure product functionality and performance. Implement design modifications based on test results and feedback. Collaborate with firmware and software engineers to integrate control algorithm Ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components. Prepare and maintain documentation for regulatory submissions and product certifications Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. Secondary Duties Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time product launches. Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to source components and oversee production. Propose and implement improvements to existing products and processes. Stay updated with the latest advancements in power electronics technology. Skills Required Proven experience (3+ years) in designing and developing power electronics products, particularly inverters and UPS. Proficiency in CAD software for schematic capture and PCB design (e.g., Altium, OrCAD). Knowledge of embedded systems and firmware development is a plus. Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., IEC, UL). Strong communication and teamwork skills Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong understanding of power electronic components and their applications. Experience with simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink) for circuit analysis.
