Medical doctor (BDS / MBBS / BPT only) with at least 2-3 years of clinical and 1-2 years of office based (medical report writing, clinical research, etc ) related experience required for a healthcare knowledge process outsourcing company based in Bangalore. The candidate must possess excellent writing and computer skills. This is a full-time position with a great opportunity to work from home developing high value clinical reports for US based clients. Initial training will be provided.

It's a different type of work so learning about that is interesting but that also is short lived.
They don't really have a training/onboarding process. Trainers are not allocated extra time/compensation to train new hires so trainers don't have dedicated time to train even.
