Deputy Manager - IT Systems

HyFun Foods, a leading brand in Frozen Food Category in India with exports in more than 40 countries is seeking to strengthen its Deputy Manager - IT Systems team. The below position is open for Immediate hiring.

Position/Profile Title: Deputy Manager - IT Systems

Preferred Qualification: Bachelors Degree- Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Certifications: MSCE, MCSA, Red Hat Certified System Administrator, Azure Administrator Associate,

Experience: Minimum 10 years | Age Group: Max 35 years

Job Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad

Essential Area of Expertise:

• Server and network administration
• Proven experience as an IT System Administrator or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and virtualization technologies.
• Proficiency in network administration, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, etc.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, best practices, and tools

Roles and Responsibility:

System Maintenance and Support:

• Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and software packages on servers and workstations.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical problems promptly to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups, system updates, and security patches to keep systems up-to-date and secure.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware and software support when necessary.
• Administer and maintain the organization's local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement appropriate solutions for network optimization.
• Manage and troubleshoot the active directory services, VMware environment, Server Farms, VPN, Storage Lun, Backups and associate it technologies.

IT Infrastructure Planning:

• Collaborate with the IT team and management to develop IT strategies and plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Participate in evaluating and selecting new hardware, software, and technologies to improve system performance and efficiency.
• Assess and recommend improvements to existing IT processes to enhance productivity and user experience.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Generate regular reports on system performance, security incidents, and service levels.
