Position: Senior .NET Backend Developer

Location: Indore, India (Work-from-Office)

Role Overview: As a Senior .NET Backend Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and optimization of robust backend systems using the .NET framework. You will collaborate with a talented team of developers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions that meet the needs of our clients and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Backend Development:
   
• Design and develop scalable, efficient, and maintainable backend applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API.
• Implement business logic, data processing, and integration services to support various application functionalities.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability through best practices, design patterns, and architectural principles.
2. Database Development:
   
• Design, optimize, and maintain database schemas using MS SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Develop and optimize stored procedures, triggers, and complex database queries for data retrieval and manipulation.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements within the backend system.
3. Integration and API Development:
   
• Develop RESTful APIs and web services for seamless integration with front-end applications, third-party systems, and external services.
• Implement data exchange mechanisms and communication protocols to enable efficient data transfer and synchronization between systems.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to define API contracts, data models, and communication protocols.
4. Code Reviews and Quality Assurance:
   
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to identify and address software defects and performance bottlenecks.
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and continuous integration pipelines to streamline the testing process.
5. Documentation and Technical Support:
   
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, API documentation, and deployment guides.
• Provide technical support, guidance, and assistance to other team members, stakeholders, and clients as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, debug problems, and implement solutions in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in backend development using the .NET framework.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and other relevant technologies for backend development.
• Strong expertise in database design, optimization, and development using MS SQL Server or similar relational databases.
• Experience with RESTful API development, integration, and service-oriented architectures.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and architectural principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
