For our client, Compelson, a leading European technology company we are excited to offer an opportunity to join a globally successful team. Compelson is growing its presence in India and are looking for a Technical Support and Training Specialist.

What Youll Be Doing

• Providing expert technical support to our customers across India.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our software.
• Conducting engaging training sessions for customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Testing our software with a wide range of mobile devices.
• Collaborating closely with the development team to improve our solutions.
• Creating and updating training materials and user documentation.
• Communicating frequently in English with our global team.
• Contributing to ongoing personal and professional development opportunities.

What Were Looking For

• Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
• A solid understanding of mobile phones (experience with rooting or jailbreaking is a plus!).
• Familiarity with Windows and driver installation.
• A strong desire to learn, grow, and advance in your career.
• High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and enthusiasm for mobile technology.
