Job Description :

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphics Designer to join our creative team. This role requires a skilled designer with 5-7 years of experience in graphic design, capable of working independently as an individual contributor while also leading and mentoring a team.

Responsibilities :

- Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for digital and print assets including website graphics, social media posts, infographics, presentations, and marketing collaterals (Both print and digital).

- Incorporate video editing into design projects, ensuring high-quality multimedia content for various platforms.

- Lead the development of brand identity, style guides, and design standards to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and communications.

- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate concepts and ideas into compelling visual stories that resonate with target audiences.

- Manage and prioritize design projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets that meet project objectives and business requirements.

- Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment.

- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design capabilities and elevate visual storytelling.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, UX/UI, and sales to support various design needs and initiatives.

- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and design best practices in all creative outputs.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

- Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven track record of 4-6 years in graphic design with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.

- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design solutions across digital and print media.

- Excellent conceptualization, typography, and layout skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Leadership qualities with experience in mentoring and guiding junior designers.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate and present design concepts effectively.
