Job Description
Looking to hire ID on contract 6 months.
Scope of Work
● Collaborate with the clients Education team, Program Manager, and SMEs to design and implement on-demand chemistry courses that meet the needs of adult learners.
● Analyze and assess the educational needs of diverse learners, with a particular focus on chemistry-related content, to inform course development and instructional design strategies.
● Apply adult learning principles, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 Level AA), and mobile-friendly design practices to all course materials, ensuring high-quality learning experiences for a global audience.
● Stay current with trends in digital education, STEM learning, and adult education, applying best practices to continually improve course design and delivery.
Skills In Spotlight
● 5+ years of experience in Instructional Design
● Strong ID background Chemistry
