Resource Management Specialist - Immediate Joiner

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Resource Manager with strong expertise in Excel, Macros, and Data Management to efficiently handle resource planning, workforce allocation, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have at least 4+ years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, or a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resource Allocation & Planning: Track and manage resource availability, assignments, and utilization across projects.
• Excel & Macros Expertise: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analysis using advanced Excel functions, VBA Macros, Pivot Tables, and Power Query.
• Workforce Optimization: Identify resource gaps, forecast workforce needs, and coordinate with hiring teams.
• Data-Driven Insights: Generate reports and analytics for leadership to support decision-making.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with department heads and project managers for efficient workforce planning.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of workforce utilization, availability, and bench reports.

Key Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, or operations.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data for decision-making.
• Experience in handling large datasets and automation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work with various teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, HR, or a related field.
• Experience in a corporate environment managing resource allocation and reporting.
• Exposure to Workforce Planning Tools, ERP systems, or Power BI is an added advantage.
