Lead Java Developer (12-15 yrs)

You'll be a fit if you have :

- 12+ years of full stack/backend engineering experience, with Java and related technologies (it's a plus if you have worked with Quarkus, Kafka, Solace, Redis, Aerospike)

- Strong expertise in Java is must

- Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture.

- Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

- In-depth understanding of API security principles and implementation.

- Working experience with using Cloud Services (AWS/Google/Azure)

- A developer-first mindset engineers who advocate for an inclusive experience for all prospective user groups of the offerings.

- Attention to detail.

- You should enjoy collaborating you will be building products for which driving adoption is as important as the engineering, and so taking your teams and customers along is important.

Big plus if have :

- Experience with OpenShift and Quarkus.

- Knowledge of Redis and experience with ELK stack.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Understanding of Clean Architecture principles

- Good to have - experience in building APIs, experience working with enterprises, experience in financial services.
