Job Description
- Experience in Satellite Communication systems
- Working & advance knowledge on Satellite Base Band system, topology, access technology, etc
- Technical support for networking such as, WAN and LAN, Routers, Firewalls, NAS, Server, etc
- Strong working knowledge on Server, Microsoft OS, Linux OS, etc
- Respond to and resolve alerts and tickets generated from the monitoring system and/or customer requests in a timely fashion.
- Travelling to customer location and NOC sites for maintenance & support.
- Advance troubleshooting skills.
- Maintain system configuration information and ensure it is communicated.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills
