Hub Manager

Roles and Responsibilities
-Ensure Hub opening & closing is done as per operational standards and requirements.
-Supervise the team daily.
-Planning as per available resources and allocating shipment for Manpower and van deliveries.
-Ensure all team members are trained and are aware of operational standards.
-Sorting shipment as per defined routes.
-Create the Runsheet /Pickup sheet and assign daily work.
-Prepare Reports; Check and revert on mails.
-Prepare and share Day End reports.
-Collection of cash, accounting and reconciliation.
-Participate in delivering the shipment/pickup as per operational requirement to the customer when required.
-Take ownership of the team assigned to him in terms of motivation, control attrition, handle grievance,
grooming, zero customer escalations, training, coaching as per OKR.
-Adhering & supporting the organization into seamless adoption of new policies & processes.
-Track undelivered shipment in ERP and call customers to identify reasons for non-delivery.
-Track wish masters performance on a real time basis to ensure all deliveries are completed as per plan.
-Provide support to Delivery Executives en route and take necessary actions.
-Ensure unexplained Zero stock variance at the hubs on a daily basis.
-Conduct on field audits/customer feedback visits periodically to check for areas of improvement.

Industry: Quick Commerce - Dark Store Operations

Desired Candidate Profile
-Operational Knowledge of Logistics/ Couriers/Retail/FMCG/FMCD industry.
-Ability to identify problems related to the hub, taking appropriate action for resolution.
-Skill and knowledge of operating ERP used in logistics/supply chain and related industry.
-Experience of leading and coaching Hub operations and support teams will be preferred.
-Has the ability to identify, analyse and propose solutions for effective and efficient Hub operations.
-Should have strong customer orientation and willingness to maintain a balanced approach when resolving
customer complaints. Is the vital link between the customer and the management team.
Has the ability to communicate in the most effective manner with juniors, peers, seniors, customers and
vendors region.
Should know computing skills especially reasonable knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office application such
as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point and MS Outlook mail.
Preferred qualifications:
1-3 years of experience
Educational background Any Graduation
