Production Engineer

As we continue to grow and expand our reach, we are looking for a Production Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and managing our production line for various products
• Develop and implement production processes for efficient product assembly
• Oversee the assembly and testing of PCBs, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineering, procurement, and quality assurance, to optimize production workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to production equipment or processes to minimize downtime.
• Train production staff on proper assembly techniques and quality control procedures.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and product quality.
• Maintain documentation related to production processes, including work instructions, procedures, and quality records.
• Monitor production metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics or a related engineering field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in production engineering, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in PCB handling, testing, and assembly techniques.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including soldering, surface mount technology (SMT), and through-hole assembly.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
