Trade Surveillance Analyst

About the Role:

We are looking for a Trade Surveillance Analyst with minimum, proven experience of 4+ years in a Trade Surveillance role using SMARTS Trade Surveillance tool.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of Risk, Compliance and Controls.
• Experience in both Trade surveillance and Communication Surveillance will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to interact with all levels of an organization.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
• Competence to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities.
• Proficient in articulating complex concepts in a clear manner.
• Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas.
• Capability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration and adaptability are important.
• Skilled in identifying risks and proposing mitigation plans.
• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Fluency in French will be an added advantage as many trader collaborations and sales are conducted in French.
