We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Lead Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:
Key Responsibilities:
Functions as a subject matter expert in release and environment management
Provides support to the domain teams as well as to service providers, vendors and customers, by coordinating and providing release management consultation in a timely and efficient manner
Coordinates release program activities (for example, cross-domain release integration testing and assessment of release production worthiness) designed to provide key stakeholders with pertinent information, such as summary data, key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
Ensure environments are maintained, clean, and remain well managed
Ensure consistency between environments is maintained.
Efficiently manage the available environments to support quick succession implementations
Ensures environment stands up to security measures and legislation, including Data obfuscation where required.
Oversees release changes into production through controlled promotion processes or documented support procedures. As much as possible, automates the configuration changes/updates to the production environment to promote efficiency and consistency
Develops, monitors and enforces release management processes and policies
Ensure accountability for meeting control requirements related to patches and vulnerability
Drive continuous improvements in automation for environment management activities
Build /Maintain new EDI Business integration environment for development environments.
Experience / Ability to handle the Middleware interface support (MQ, API, C:D, AS2, SFTP) activities.
Supervise and mentor a team of application support professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Oversee the day-to-day support and maintenance of enterprise applications, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet user needs.
Oversees release changes into production through controlled promotion processes or documented support procedures. As much as possible, automates the configuration changes/updates to the production environment to promote efficiency and consistency
Act as the escalation point for complex application issues, managing and resolving incidents, and ensuring timely resolution of critical problems.
Work closely with IT teams, developers, and business users to understand application requirements, provide feedback, and coordinate on application enhancements and updates.
Proactively remove impediments, see risks, and communicate issues to application teams.
Identify process inefficiencies and find innovative and pragmatic ways to eliminate them.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for application configurations, support procedures, and troubleshooting steps to ensure consistency and knowledge transfer.
Develop and enforce best practices for application support processes, including incident management, problem resolution, and change management.
Ensure high levels of user satisfaction by addressing and resolving user reported issues and providing guidance on application usage.
Generate and analyze reports on application performance, support metrics, and incident trends to inform management decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to enhance environment management practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Implement automation solutions for environment provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies for environments to minimize downtime and data loss.
Identify opportunities to lower costs associated with maintaining the environment
Conduct regular reviews of system capacity to effectively manage and optimize system performance
Decommission POC environment after the successful completion of POCs
Conduct capacity planning and forecasting to endure Environments can handle anticipated workloads and growth
Ensure environments comply with organizational security policies and standards, implementing necessary security measures and controls.
