Job Introduction
As an NRI Product Manager, he / she will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and engagement of our Non-Resident Indian (NRI) customer base. He/ she will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive strategy to acquire, retain, and deepen relationships with NRI customers across various product lines
Principal Responsibilities
- Customer Lifecycle Management:
o Develop and execute a multi-channel communication strategy to engage NRI customers throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding to retention.
o Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and loyalty through personalized interactions.
- Digital Transformation:
o Drive the digitization of NRI customer journeys to streamline processes and enhance customer experience
o Leverage digital channels to cross-sell and up-sell products such as fixed deposits, FCNRs, credit cards, wealth management, forex, and mortgages.
- Revenue and Customer Growth:
o Develop and implement strategies to increase active customers, balance sheet growth, and assets under management (AUM).
o Collaborate with data and analytics teams to identify customer segments and tailor product offerings to their specific needs.
- Emerging Affluent Segment:
o Manage and nurture the emerging affluent NRI segment.
o Design and implement Relationship Manager (RM) triggers to optimize customer interactions.
- Industry Trends and Competitor Analysis:
o Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and threats.
o Implement innovative solutions to differentiate our offerings and enhance customer value proposition.
- Marketing and Branding:
o Work closely with the marketing team to develop compelling content and creative assets to attract new NRI customers and strengthen brand recall among existing ones.
- Relationship NRP:
o Drive initiatives to improve the New Promoter Score ( NPS ) for NRI business by enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including risk and compliance, sales network, marketing, proposition, data and analytics, and product managers of cross-sell products.
Minimum 6 years of experience in NRI product management.
Strong understanding of NRI banking products and services.
Proven track record in driving customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information
