Engineer / Sr. Engineer - Process, Food Systems BU

Qualifications: BTech/ MTech Food/ Agri Engg./ Post Harvest Engg. BE/ BTech Food Engg/ Agri Engg/ Mech., MBA or higher equivalent qualification

Role:

• Detailed engineering of food processing systems range of products heat exchangers, pasteurizers, sterilizers, evaporators, turnkey processing lines, dairy & dairy-based processing systems.
• Preparation, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring assigned projects, interacting daily with internal & external clients and update status, visits to sites for installation, commissioning and troubleshooting as required by the project.
• Planning and implementing project cycle for a timely and successful handover of the project to customers.
• Inputs to detailed drafting for piping, fabrication, structural and similar drawings.
• Inputs to the factory at key project stages, coordination for approvals with customers.
• Evaluation of bought-out components and vendors.

Job Profile:

• Must have an understanding of processes like fruit pulp, food, beverage, dairy or similar sectors.
• Open to travel pan India and/ or relocate as per business requirements.
• Hands-on knowledge of systems engineering to commissioning of small & turnkey projects in food processing.
• Knowledge of processing equipment design and project engineerin and g, commissioning will be preferred.
• Knowledge of b/o components & vendor management, AutoCAD 2D, 3D & similar design programs will be an added advantage will be added advantage.
