Job Description / Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Architect to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design and execution of projects from initial client interaction to final completion. The ideal candidate will be able to manage all aspects of architectural projects, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Initial client interaction and Project brief assessment: To engage with potential client with regards to their needs and requirements and assessing the scope of work along with the feasibility of the discussed points

2. Concept development: Creation of preliminary plans and preliminary concepts as per the design brief. Assisting the detailed design development in collaboration with the visualizer and Principal architect

3. Concept presentation: Preparing preliminary presentations to convey the idea

4. Construction document assessment: Quality and technical assessment of the documents prepared by the team for various consultants, vendors and execution partners

5. Site visits: Assessing execution at site when required in tandem with the site engineer

6. Material selection: Identification and selection of materials as per the design

7. Consultant & Vendor interaction

8. Client co ordination

9. Project photo shoot coordination: Overseeing the documentation of the completed projects 10.Preparation of necessary documents like Estimations, technical details and allied drawings when the need arises

Desired Profile of the Candidate:

• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in architectural design, project management, and execution.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of architectural design, construction processes, and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
