As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for working with clients. Your task will be to create/manage the snow pipe, python worksheet, python store procedure, SQL stored procedure, create/schedule Task, etc.

Responsibilities :

- Work with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements on Snowflake.

- Develop and maintain Snowflake data ingestion pipelines.

- Work closely with the team members to ensure a given task is completed.

- Collaborate with data analysts and other team members to understand data flow requirements and work on data-related tasks.

- Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest advancements in Snowflake and data engineering techniques, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.

- Attend Client meetings and provide task updates.

- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and industry standards throughout the data engineering process.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- Good understanding of ETL/ELT Concepts or exposure with 3-5 years of experience.

- Good understanding of Advance SQL Programming fundamentals with data manipulation with 3-5 years of experience.

- Basic understanding of Data warehousing principles.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data patterns.

- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for data engineering and delivering solutions.

- Basic understanding of any cloud platforms like Azure or AWS with Snowflake.

- Snowflake certification(s) in Data Engineering or related areas.

- Good to have Knowledge of data visualization tools (e. g., Tableau, Power BI) for reporting.

- Good to have Knowledge in Banking Data/Domain.

- Experience with Snowpark, especially with Python.
