Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage charge entry, demo, payment posting, cash posting, and charge posting processes for healthcare services.
  
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient charges to maintain efficient revenue cycle management.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and optimize financial outcomes.
  
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines while handling sensitive patient information.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to patient inquiries regarding charges.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in Charge Entry, Demo, Charge Posting, Payment Posting, Cash Posting roles.
  
• Strong understanding of medical billing principles and regulations (e.g., ICD-10).
  
• Proficiency in electronic health records systems (EHRs) such as Epic Systems or similar platforms.
  
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and reconciliation.
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
