HR - Trainee

A Trainee HR/ Labour Laws & Compliances would be working towards complying with the labour laws (both State & Central) of the Government. The incumbent would be responsible for other activities which include Agreements, Contracts, issuing Notices and employment verification, tracking Time & Attendance, BGV and events. This job requires deep understanding of legal statutes and an eye for details. The key responsibilities include taking care of statutory compliances, renewals as per Labour laws requirement. Ensure organization wide strict adherence to company's policies and procedures. Representing the company in legal proceedings. Liaoning with labour department, labour courts and Government bodies as and when required.

Essential Skills

Job

• Mandatory educational background - MSW
• Candidates with Labor Laws specialization is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
• Must be dynamic, flexible and possess perseverance skills
• Should be willing to travel.
• Must be enterprising and willing to represent the company at all forums.
• Should be willing to attend Courts (if required)

• Should have understanding of business objectives and organization structure
• The candidate must have strong work ethics and must be reliable
• The candidate should work accurately with attention to detail by maintaining confidentiality and integrity
