- Vetting all relevant legal contracts & documents with due diligence
- Responsible for compliances initiatives
- Responsible for maintaining companys statutory compliances
- Accountable for all renewals & licenses
- Responsible for execution of all employee contracts & Agreements
- Stay up-to-date with current labor law.
Essential SkillsJob
- Mandatory educational background - BBA LLB
- LLM with Labor Laws specialization is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Must be dynamic, flexible and possess perseverance skills
- Should be willing to travel.
- Must be enterprising and willing to represent the company at all forums.
- Should be willing to attend Courts (if required)
- Should have understanding of business objectives and organization structure
- The candidate must have strong work ethics and must be reliable
- The candidate should work accurately with attention to detail by maintaining confidentiality and integrity
- Must be highly collaborative and team oriented with commitment to excellence
Preferred SkillsJob
- Should be skilled in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated, fast learner with the ability to operate independently
- Willingness to learn new function of business.
