Job Description
- Candidate has to handle End to End Recruitment.
- Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates to meet company demands.
- Conduct pre- screening interviews and coordinate interviewing and selection process with hiring manager.
- Lead the creation of recruiting and interviewing plan for open positions, review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
- Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels.
- Managing full cycle recruitment's from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
- Cold calling and taking preliminary interviews via phone or video conferencing.
- You need to achieve certain recruitment targets set by the company which are proportional to the incentive structure.
- You need to attend daily targets of calls, linkedin link building, scheduling interviews and monthly closing targets as well.
- Should follow company policies and ensure the same pass on to other levels of hierarchy.
