Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, networking, and employee referrals.
• Conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and manage the end-to-end hiring process.

Onboarding and Induction:

• Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires feel welcomed and integrated into the company.
• Provide orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, values, and culture.

Employee Engagement and Relations:

• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by organizing employee engagement activities.
• Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
• Build strong relationships with employees to promote trust and open communication.

Performance Management:

• Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes.
• Collaborate with department heads to monitor employee performance and provide support where needed.
• Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs for employees.
