Role & responsibilities

Recruitment • Understanding client organization with regard to their existing business activities, organization structure, work culture and future growth plans. • Preparing a search plan and drawing up a comprehensive list of target organizations (competitors) alongwith 'out-of-box' ideas. • Understand the profile to be recruited • Source applications from job portals, networking sites and internal and external references • Comprehend the applicants' current profile and shortlist the same as per the requirement. • Scheduling interviews and confirmations of the same via client and candidate • Identifying potential and relevant candidates and initiating discussions with them. • Assessing the candidates on functional competencies and personality aspects in accordance with the mandate. • Conveying and convincing the candidates how the mandate being offered would benefit his career progression path. • Completing the Billing procedure and Collection. Employee Engagement • Actively participate in planning and organizing activities for the team during working Saturdays to encourage team- building skills and team- interaction
