  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The HR Recruiter is responsible for the full-cyclerecruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent tomeet the companystaffing needs.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies toattract qualified candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards,social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify potentialcandidates.
  • Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) toensure accurate and timely candidate information.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and Clients.
  • Keep accurate records of all recruitment activities andgenerate reports as needed
