Officer - HR

Role:

• The HR onboarding specialist is responsible for ensuring timely execution and completion of a seamless workflow for each new employee.
• The HR onboarding specialist shall be the primary point of contact for and provides critical support to candidates, hiring managers, and internal HR and business stakeholders to provide a world-class onboarding experience for newly hired employees.
• Creates clear policies and employee handbooks that explain company operations.
• Be single point contact and buddy for all the new hiring until deployed at project
• Crafts and sends communication with information about the company, onboarding agenda, equipment handover, dress code, parking options, perks and similar items.
• Identifies innovative and creative new ways to onboard new employees/reach a more scalable and measurable onboarding experience.

Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 Years of experience from relevant discipline
• Ability to work successfully and professionally with all levels of employees and management.
• Quick learner.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once.
• Strong team player with a results driven approach and who can work with limited guidance.
• Energetic person with strong interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening.
• Very strong work ethic with \u201Ccan do\u201D and collaborative attitude.
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor degree/MBA HR
