HR Business Partner HO & TM. Primary Purpose Of The Position. In partnership with business leaders, the HRBP develops and executes Goodyears Human Capital Strategy through implementing relevant: Leadership. Organization structure. Employee relations. People capabilities. Inclusive culture. to enable the organization to deliver on business objectives. The HRBP acts as a strategic partner, associate champion and change agent by leveraging COEs and the HRSSC to deliver integrated solutions to the business needs and associate lifecycle. Primary Duties / Responsibilities. Leveraging the expertise of organization design and knowledge of business needs to design and implement an effective organization structure. Acts as a champion of a coaching culture & drive employee advocacy, while being an internal coach for leaders. Execute a long-term employee relations strategy that ensures fair and consistent treatment of all associates. Provide counseling opportunities and consult leaders and associates to maximize experience and potential. Drives the succession planning process and talent management agenda, including capability building, talent assessment, and acquisition. As a part of change management, create an open and transparent communication platform. Partner with the leader to champion associate engagement activities and build a high performing, inclusive culture. Implement consistent HR policies that support business needs while advocating the associates best interests. Champion Shared Service to ensure a positive associate experience. Analyze trends and indicators in partnership with the HR group to deliver solutions to the business. Critical Experiences Required. Previous experience as a client-facing HR associate. Coaching and consulting. Successfully balancing multiple priorities within the organization while maintaining employee engagement and satisfaction.
