Regional Manager/Zonal Manager/Cluster Manager - Human Resources - FMCG/Agriculture/Pharma/Automobile (15-20 yrs)

- We are seeking a seasoned Regional HR Manager with a strong background in both regional and plant HR roles.

- The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in human resource management, including overseeing multiple manufacturing units, managing employee relations, labor law compliance, and HR operations at both corporate and plant levels.

- This role involves driving regional HR strategies aligned with business goals, managing talent development, ensuring statutory compliance, and fostering a positive work culture across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and implement HR strategies for multiple plants and regional offices.

- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and handle industrial relations, including negotiations with unions and managing disputes.

- Partner with business leaders to drive talent management, succession planning, and workforce planning.

- Oversee training and development initiatives to build employee capabilities across plants.

- Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits administration in accordance with company policies.

- Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

Qualifications:

- 15+ years of HR experience, including significant exposure to plant-level HR operations.

- Strong expertise in employee relations, labor law, and compliance.

- Experience in driving HR initiatives across a large regional or multi-site organization.

- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

- MBA in Human Resources or related field preferred.
