• Support the team in managing full-cycle recruiting for various positions within the organization.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  
• Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to improve recruitment processes.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interviews, and offers made.
