HR Executive For a Plastic manufacturing company at Dadra Location

Recruitment ,Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, promoting, and joining & exiting employees .

Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, to new and existing employees. Ensuring all paperwork is processed & completed.

Recruitment & Selection ,On boarding and Induction of new joined employees ,Attendance and Leave management , Salary Processing / Payroll , Employee joining & Separation ,Employee Data & Record Management for HR Matters.

Training and Development ,Implementation of Policies and Procedures ,Grievance Management Asist to Liaison with Govt & Non Govt Agencies . Statutory Compliance & return filing related to HR Department PF, ESIC, DISH, MLWF & Etc.

Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources department .

Collecting, Preparing and maintaining Attendance of employee and controlling Punctuality & regularity through Counseling and disciplinary Action.

Forwarding HR bills to Accounts departments, when they due Updating HR Files & employees database time to time.

Updating records related with Social & statutory Audits.
